praydates with sara
A luminous pause in the rush of life.
Guided rituals of presence. Intimate, grounded, and quietly transformative.
A Praydate is a slow, luminous pause where you can unclench, tell the truth, and reconnect to what is real.
Meet Sara
Rooted in presence. Guided by devotion.
I come to this work as a social-worker-trained facilitator, a lifelong mystic, a mother, and a woman who has moved through her own initiations with honesty and devotion. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and am a graduate of the Vital facilitator training, with grounding in preparation, expanded-state work, and integration.
For more than twenty years, I have met this work through many doorways. I began in crisis support and domestic violence advocacy, and later moved into trauma-informed care, community-based healing, somatic practice, ethical communication, sacred ritual, and expanded-state work. The throughline has always been the same. I sit with people in truth, tenderness, and transformation.
What I have learned is simple.
Transformation does not happen through force.
It happens when the body feels safe, when the heart is met with real presence, and when there is room for everything that wants to be seen.
My work is relational and ceremonial, and it is also deeply grounded. I am not here to diagnose you. I am here to witness you. I am here to listen with my whole body. I am here to support you as you return to what is already whole, already wise, and already alive inside you. Everything I do rests inside the prayerfield, a quiet and intentional space where truth and tenderness can finally breathe.
If this work calls to you, I would be honored to walk with you.
The offering
Private Praydates
A soft pause in the rush of life. A luminous space to reconnect with your truth, your partner, your desire, and your inner guidance. A space where tenderness becomes strength and slowing down becomes medicine.
For individuals and couples. Based in Southern California, and available to travel by invitation.
InquireSlowness as a practice. Attention as a kind of prayer.
What to expect
A space made for telling the truth.
We begin slowly. There is no performance here, nothing to fix or prove. We let the body settle, we listen for what is already moving, and we make room for whatever wants to be seen.
Some of our time is spoken and some of it is quiet. We might work with breath, stillness, simple ritual, or the things you have been carrying and have not had a place to set down. I follow your pace. Nothing is forced and nothing is rushed.
What unfolds is yours. I am here to hold the field steady while you find it, and to help you carry what you find back into the rest of your life, where it actually lives.
In community
Some of this work happens together.
Alongside private Praydates, we gather at our home in Southern California for something larger. A group praydate, held in the garden, that begins in daylight and moves into the night. Long stretches of silence. Prayer. A fire at the end, and song.
These gatherings are intimate and by invitation, a small circle built slowly on trust. If you feel a pull toward the communal side of this work, reach out and tell me a little about yourself.
If this work calls to you.
Private Praydates are offered by invitation. To begin a conversation, reach out and tell me a little about what is drawing you here.
